It is not because things are difficult that we dare not venture.

Motivation ...

You may think you know why you want to start something new, but this time, approach it differently. This new approach could truly make a difference in whether or not you succeed.

Start by creating a list of things you want to get out of your new venture. Carry around a note pad and pen for a few days and write down every single benefit you can think of that relates to your new goal.

After starting something new, it may not take long before your determination to succeed goes by the way side. But wait; don't give up so easily! It's not time to give up but time to recharge your motivation.

The desire, inspiration and motivation to stick with anything new comes from reminding yourself why you started in the first place. Remember that note pad?

Find a quiet place and read back through your notes. Remind yourself of why and let the reasons sink in. In no time your determination will return and you'll be back on track toward success.
